| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,高新技术企业的竞争更多的表现为连续、高效、敏捷的R&D核心能力的竞争。其中 ,加强和权衡内外部学习是前提与基础。本文结合对我国 4 8家高新技术企业的实证调研结果 ,旨在探究高新技术企业R&D流程在技术试验与产品开发两大阶段中不同的内外部学习策略选择对R&D速度、成本、竞争优势的影响。最后 ,本文针对高新技术企业内外部学习策略选择与R&D绩效的关系 ,提出了有待于进一步研究的问题

| Abstract: | Since the recent years,more and more competitions of high-tech enterprises demonstrate continuous,efficient,swift competition of the nuclear ability of R&D,the basic of which is to strengthen and balance internal and external learning.The article,based on the experience of 48 high-tech enterprises,researches and analyzes the R&D performance effects of the shift of internal and external learning in high-tech enterprises.In the end,the article refers to some questions to be researched further. |
