组建区域虚拟研发中心 促进区域经济发展

虚拟研发中心是一种新型的R&D创新模式 ,其实质是借助现代化网络技术快速与其它研发机构建立起合作关系 ,完成研发活动。本文将虚拟研发的概念引进到区域创新系统中 ,研究了区域政府在组建“官产学研”型区域虚拟研发中心中的重要作用 ,以及区域虚拟研发中心对区域经济的促进作用。

Build the Regional Virtual R&D Center Push the Development of Regional Economy

Virtual research and development center is a new kind of R&D innovation organization.In essence its function is to achieve research activities by establishing cooperation connection with other research organizations by using modern network.This paper introduces the conception of virtual research and development center into the regional technology innovation system and studies the important faction of the regional government in establishing regional virtual research and development center whose pattern is government,production,teaching and research.In the past point,this paper discusses that regional virtual research and development center can accelerate the development of regional economy.
