| Abstract: | With the increase of numbers of state and military funded research projects in colleges and universities, quality control has been a widely concerned issue which badly needs to be addressed. The mechanism of whole-course quality control is an effective way in the supervision of the quality of research projects, which serves in function the purpose of monitoring the progress, providing information, controlling quality and improving management. This essay tries to formulate a set of whole-course quality control mechanism, which is scientific and feasible, in order to achieve the aim of yielding higher level achievements. |
