中美人力资源开发绩效考核的比较研究

摘    要:与国际发达国家企业的绩效考核相比 ,目前我国大多数企业在绩效考核方面仍存在一些问题和误区。本文通过对中美两国绩效考核制约因素及两国目前所实行的绩效考核体系的比较研究 ,在找出我国企业目前主要存在误区的前提下 ,认为我们要正视不足向先进经验学习 ,但由于绩效管理的特殊性 ,在借鉴学习过程中 ,切忌生搬硬套外国的经验 ,要结合我国的文化背景及企业实际开发出适合我们自己的绩效考核方案 ,进而不断提升企业的市场竞争力

The Comparison study of the performance evaluation between CHINA and U.S.A
Abstract:There are still exist some problems and misunderstanding in most of corporations in our nation,comparing to the Performance Evaluation of the developed countries in the world.On the basis of founding the main misunderstanding in our corporations,via the comparison study of the restrict factors and the executive PE(performance evaluation)system now between China and American,this paper gives the conclusion that we should envisage our shortage and learn from the advanced experiences at first.But thinking of the particularity of the performance management,during the course of the learning,we should avoid the mistake of rote learning.Combining our culture background and the particularity of the corporations,We should research the project of performance evaluation of our own and keep on improving the market competition of the corporations in our country.
