| 摘 要： | 通过对上海、深圳创业投资的调查 ,本文主要研究了中国创业投资的运作特点。包括创业资本的筹资来源 ,投资行业的选择 ,投资阶段的分布 ,投资过程中的一些方式以及如何解决闲置资本的问题。从而指出了中国创业投资运作的特殊性、操作性和限制性 ,探讨中国创业投资公司如何面对这些问题

| Abstract: | In this paper,we study the operation characters of Chinese Vc through the investigation of venture capital in Shanghai and Shenzhen,including the fundraising resources,the choice of investment industry and stage,investment procedures,and the settlement of the idle capital.Thus we refer to the particularity,performance and limitation of the venture capital industry in China.We also probe how the venture capital corporations of China solve these problems. |
