摘    要:本文以知识经济时代战略管理的动态变化为背景 ,分析知识与服务之间的相互关系 ,探索战略、知识、服务互动整合的范式和发展脉络 ,系统地研究这三大要素互动整合的表现形态与机理 ,最后重点剖析知识与服务互动型战略管理 ,提出知识型服务战略、服务型知识战略以及知识服务一体化战略的新构想

Abstract:Against the background of the dynamic change of strategic management in knowledge economy era,the article analyzes the relationship between knowledge and service,explores the paradigm and developmental train of the interaction & integration among strategy,knowledge and service,and systematically studies the forms and mechanism of the interaction & integration among three key elements.Finally,analyzing especially the knowledge-service-interacting strategic management,this article proceeds to put forward a new idea of knowledge-based service strategy,service-based knowledge strategy and knowledge-service-combined strategy.
