退出和呼吁机制在民营高科技企业中的运用

摘    要:退出和呼吁是企业绩效衰减的恢复机制 ,也是家族治理结构的内生机制。在法制不完善、社会信用度低、交易成本高的制度环境下 ,家族治理结构是民营高科技企业的一种有效率的制度安排。民营高科技企业中 ,家族治理结构以关系治理为核心 ,关系治理结构呈同心园向外扩散 ,依次为核心层、紧密层、中间层和边缘层 ,不同层次的成员有着不同的退出与呼吁选择。民营高科技企业要努力创造条件 ,降低退出概率 ,减少呼吁成本 ,提高呼吁水平 ,以构建一个低成本、高效率的恢复机制。

Abstract:Exit and call is the response to decline in business enterprise,it is also a part of the corporate governance in family business.The corporate governance in family business is a kind of efficient institutional arrangement in the high-tech family business.The nucleus of corporate governance in family business is the connection governance.The high-tech family business need to work hard lowering the probability of exit,decreasing the cost of the call,and increasing the efficiency of call.
