| 摘 要： | 在当前股票市场陷入低速的情况下。债券市场又开始被投资者关注了。但我国债券市场中重国债、轻企业债券的问题非常严重。企业债券市场的发展遭遇瓶颈。本文从企业债券市场内部和外部两个方面分析了该市场发展中存在的瓶颈，以期对该市场走出困境提供一些帮助。
