| 摘 要： | 近年，法律信仰及其现代化的问题成为学界议论的焦点。法律信仰的现代化，可以使人们将法律现象的价值内化为个人的认识、动机、情感、态度和目标，从而以强烈的主人翁精神，自觉主动地投身到我国法治化建设的事业中来。
