B-spline对金属p-T曲线的拟合与实现

摘    要:金属饱和蒸汽压与温度的关系在真空蒸发镀膜技术中具有重要的意义 ,尤其在工业生产自动控制过程中 .采用B Spline曲线方法对金、银、铝、镓等多种金属的p T曲线进行了绘制 ,论述了基本原理与算法实现过程 ,讨论了程序实现的关键技术与特点 ,及其改进方案 ,用C语言开发了相应软件并显示了其功能与运行结果

Abstract:It is very important to study the relation between the metal's saturated vapor pressure and temperature in the vacuum evaporating deposition technology. For several metals, such as aurum, argentum, aluminium and gallium, their p T curves are plotted in this paper by B spline method. The basic principle and algorithm implementation are described, and some key techniques and features are discussed. Further more, several improved ways about algorithm and software environment are proposed too. The relative software is developed by C language, and its function and running result are shown, which it is successfully applied control temperature and pressure technology conditions in the vacuum evaporating deposition industry.
