| 摘 要： | 随着训练模式的不断更新,过度训练的发生率明显提高。通过对过度训练产生的原因进行分析,运用各种营养手段方式对过度训练予以干预,在过度训练的早期将它控制,完成超量恢复,最终达到训练目的,为现代比赛训练提供帮助。
