| Abstract: | As contrasted to the conventional empirical design mode of thermal run system in injection molds, a numerical scheme using over relax iterations, with hybrid of the cooling simulations, has been developed to solve the transient temperature fields in thermal run system. Being more accurate and reliable, a proper temperature adjusting system is presented based on the results. |
