摘    要:随着第四方物流(4PL)理论探索与实践运用的逐步展开,对该模式的研究已成为前沿性的热点问题.4PL实施的关键是如何合理有效地整合供应链的多方资源,而这显然是一个复杂的系统性问题,且尚未形成成熟的整合理论与量化标准及模式.为了寻找4PL模式在整合供应链资源时量化分析的突破口,通过对整合过程的基本特征及框架分析,从管理运作的硬环境与软环境两个方面挖掘了系统中对整合过程具有重要影响关系的主导因素.在考虑系统整合过程的价值增值基础上,探索了系统的整合投入成本同各主导因素运作水平提升之间的复杂关系.在此基础上,搭建了4PL模式下的资源整合流程、建立了资源整合决策的优化模型.最后简要说明了决策过程的实践运用并探讨了研究展望.

Abstract:With the unfolding of theoretical research and practical application of the forth party logistics(4PL) step by step,the related researches have been the hotspot problem at present.The key of the implementation of 4PL is how to conform the polytrophic resources of the supply chain system rationally and effectively,but this is a complicated systematic problem and there has not been mature integration theory and quantization criterion.In order to cast about for the break through the point of the quantization analysis in integrating the supply chain resources by 4PL,this paper digs out the dominant factors which have important influence to the integration process from the aspects of the hard and soft environments,by analyzing the basic characters and structure of integration.Based on the increment of the system's integrating process value,this paper studies the complicated relationships between the invested cost of integration and the improvement of the operational level.Then,this paper put forwards the resource integration process and builds an optimization model of integration decision. At last,the paper gives the application and the future study.
