| 摘 要： | 在郑州锅炉厂已经全面实施CAD技术,部分应用CAPP技术的情况下,结合锅炉自顶向下、逐级分派的设计特点,提出了分步式PDM的设计思想,将CAD和CAPP在PDM中进行集成,使设计逐步进行,将项目管理、产品配置和工作流程紧密结合,围绕产品结构树组织各项功能,解决了一般系统中项目管理、产品配置和工作流程属于不同模块而导致的使用烦琐的问题,提高了CAD/CAPP应用效率,缩短了产品的开发周期。

| Abstract: | Under the condition that having carried out the technique of CAD and halfway applying technique of CAPP in Boiler factory of Zhengzhou,this paper points out PDM based on the design characters of Boiler that is from top to bottom and allocated step by step,Gradual Mode PDM connects close with Project Management,Product Configuration and Work Flow. It accomplishes each function by Product Structure Tree. It solves many problems caused by the disseverance of Project Management,Product Configuration and Work Flow,improving the efficiency of CAD/CAPP,shortening the product design period. |
