摘    要:以油脂加工中的废弃物-油脚为基本原料进行改性,辅以一种新型的浮选助剂进行复制得的复合表面活性剂用于高硅、镁,低品位磷矿石的浮选。磷的品位从24.84%上升到35.69%,而镁含量则从6.76%降到0.92%,优于目前国内报道的有关磷矿浮选剂,而浮选成本仅为国内报道浮选剂的50%,具有较好的开发价值。

Abstract:A mixed surfactant for flotation of phosphorite with higher silicon and magnesium but lower phosphor.was produced from plant oil rejectament through altering its performance and adding to it some new flotation agent.The flotation experiment demonstrated an increase of P 2O 5 percentage form 24.83 to 35.69 and a decrease of MgO percentage from 6.76 to 0.92.The result is better than any of the previously reported phosphorite flotation medicaments and its cost is only half that of others.So it is of great development value.
