| Abstract: | This paper probes into the developing strategy of the state-owned enterprise in the age of knowledge-based economy from four aspects such as cultivating the consciousnesses of technical innovation and managerial innovation, implementing the talent strategy, increasing the sci-tech investment scale and speeding up the informatization construction of enterprise. |
