| 摘 要： | 为了使大批量和定制两种生产方式有机统一，利用系统工程的分析方法，为煤机制造企业建立了分层次实施大批量定制的综合决策模型。针对鸡西煤矿机械有限公司的实际情况，在准则层上给出具有实际意义的五种可行方案，在方案层上，基于人工神经网络的决策方法进行方案优选，经过MAT-LAB的运算，得到最优方案。该决策模型应用于采煤机的生产实际，企业取得了较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Aimed at turning the two production modes of mass production and customization into the one organic unity, this paper introduces the development of a general decision-making model with differ- ent layers for mass customization （MC） for coal mining machinery manufacturing enterprises, depending on the analysis method of system engineering. The paper describes five feasibility program of practical meaning on the criteria layer of decision-making model, as required by the real case of Jixi Coal Mining Machinery Manufacturing Ltd. and features the best option due to the optimization of artificial neural net- work, and the operation with MATLAB. The use of this descision-making model into the real production for shearers has given a better economic benefits. |
