| Abstract: | The governmental portal web side is the important component of e-governmental affairs. Deeply understanding its functions and actions is the precondition for constructing excellent governmental portal web side. Based on knowing the meaning of the governmental portal web side and connecting with Chinese actual situation, this paper generalizes the functions that the governmental portal web side has from four aspects of fundamental functions, main functions, special functions and extended functions, and sums up its important actions in e-governmental affairs. |
