Comparing the agricultural production cooperative from such developed countries as Japan, France, US and etc. , it is con- cluded that legal protection, democratic management and government support is a common and successful experience of agricultural production cooperative organizations. Therefore, the legislation on economic co - operation should be improved, the government guidance and support efforts should be strengthened to explore and establish suitable agricultural production cooperatives.
