| 摘 要： | 利用二元函数求极值的知识对输油管布置的问题一进行主要的讨论．在一些合理的假设下，针对两炼油厂到铁路线距离和两炼油厂间距离的各种不同情形，给出管线建设费用最省的一般数学模型与方法。最后,指出了模型的优缺点。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a general mathematical model for minimizing the cost of the pipeline construction is discussed on the theory of extreme value problem of binary function.Under some reasonable hypothesis,a design is given for the different distances between two refineries and the different distances of the refineries to the railway.Some faults and improvements of the model are pointed out. |
