| 摘 要： | 通过随机抽取福建卫生职业技术学院12个班570名女生开展选项制体育第二课堂的研究，发现其能突显课内外的一体化，避免课外活动留于形式；培养大量高素质的体育骨干，促进体育社团、俱乐部活动的开展．能够为进一步完善高职业院校女生课外体育活动提供有益参考．

| Abstract: | Through random sampling 570 girls in 12 classes of Fujian Health Vocational and Technical College for the second class option system of extra - curricular activities, the sports can bring out the integration of internal and external courses to avoid the formalization of the extra - curricular activities. Besides, it can train a large number of high - quality sports teachers and promote sports associations, clubs and activities.
