摘    要:镍氢电池具有良好的大倍率放电性能,广泛应用于乘用车的高压混动系统中,但在低压轻混系统中的应用研究较少。本研究以某款车型用的48V启停用镍氢电池包为研究对象,该电池包以相变材料为传热载体,为分析此方法的可行性,通过ANSYS-FLUENT软件,模拟分析不同工况下的电池温升情况,并通过实验进行测试验证,为镍氢电池在启停领域的产品开发积累数据经验。

Abstract:NI-MH batteries have excellent high rate discharge performance and are widely used in high-voltage hybrid systems of passenger cars, but there is few researches on their application in low-voltage light hybrid systems. This article takes the 48V start stop nickel hydrogen battery pack used in a certain vehicle model as the research object. The battery pack uses phase change materials as the heat transfer carrier. To analyze the feasibility of this method, ANSYS FLUENT software was used to simulate and analyze the temperature rise of the battery under different working conditions, and experimental verification was conducted to accumulate data and experiences for the development of nickel hydrogen products in the start stop field.
