| 摘 要： | 文章首先对中国典籍《道德经》及其英译本的情况作了简要介绍，并在此基础上阐述了翻译中国经典著作的困难之处以及罗慕士译本的成功之处。文章拟通过对罗本翻译特点及其技巧的分析，着重探讨罗本对《道德经》的成功阐释，最后充分肯定了罗慕士在传播中国文化方面所作的贡献。

| Abstract: | Based on a brief introduction to the Chinese cannon Dao De Jing and its English version（s）, this paper attempts to elaborate on the difficulties facing translators and the success of Moss Roberts＂ version. The paper will make an in-depth analysis of the features of Roberts＇s version and its translation skills in an attempt to explore the successful interpretation of Dao De Jing. In the end, Moss Roberts＂ contribution to the spread, of Chinese culture will be re-emphasized. |
