高炉长寿技术分析

摘    要:高炉长寿是炼铁技术发展的一个趋势,亦是炼铁界长期关注和研究的重点课题。因高炉寿命直接关系到钢铁企业的经济效益和生产成本,尤其是进入二十一世纪,市场经济竞争十分激烈,高炉寿命直接关系到钢铁企业的生存和发展,长寿技术的作用就显得更加重要了。酒钢2号高炉于1989年12月16日建成投产,经过10年9个月的安全运行,于2000年9月13日顺利停炉,采用先进的“炉体整体推移”进行大修。作者借拆炉机会对炉体破损情况做了详细调查,本文结合酒钢2号高炉分析高炉破损原因,探讨高炉长寿措施。

Abstract:Longevity technology of the blast furnace is a tendency of the iron-making development,it is also a topic that is long-term focused on and studied in the iron-making field.Because the blast furnace`s life is directly related to the economic benefit and production cost of an iron and steel enterprise, especially in 21 century, during the exact period of keen market competition,it even influences an iron and steel enterprise`s existence and development,its function appears more important. Jisco 2#BF was completed and put into production in Dec.16,1989,after safe running of ten years and 9 months ,it was stopped smoothly in Sep.13,2000 and overhauled with the advanced technology of furnace-body`s integral movement.Utilizing the chance of dismantling the furnace, the writer investigated the damaged situation of furnace body ,analysed its damaged reasons and introduced the longevity methods in this paper.
