| 摘 要： | 欠发达地区综合性院校是培养地区经济发展所需人才的主力军。其在工科人才培养上应坚持统一性和多样性原则，并提出应从培养目标、专业设置、培养层次、课程设置、实践环节、培养评价等六个方面去构建人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Comprehensive universities are the main force in cultivating talents for the need of the regional development in underdeveloped areas.These universities should insist on both the principles of unity and diversity in cultivating engineering talents.Furthermore,we propose that these universities should construct the cultivating mode of talents from the six aspects: cultivating goal,speciality provision,cultivating levels,curriculum design,practice link,cultivating evaluation. |
