| 摘 要： | 用大学生主观幸福感量表、职业价值观量表对大一的282名免费师范生和大二的142名普通师范生施测。结果发现:1.免费师范生和普通师范生在总的主观幸福感上无显著差异,农村生源显著低于城镇生源,自我满意因子和社会性行为因子低于普通师范生。2.免费师范生对于物质生活的重视程度显著低于普通师范生,但总的职业价值观无显著差异。3.免费师范生主观幸福感和职业价值观存在显著相关,其职业价值观对于主观幸福感的预测力低于普通师范生。
