| 摘 要： | 用HPLC方法测定了皇冠果壳中皇冠苷A的含量,确定了HPLC法测定皇冠苷A含量的条件.测定结果为:皇冠果壳中皇冠苷A的含量不低于16.47g/kg.用正交试验优化了皇冠果壳中皇冠苷A的提取工艺,结果表明其理论最佳提取工艺条件为:用体积分数55％的乙醇提取2次,每次提取1h,每次所用乙醇的体积为皇冠果壳质量的20倍.

| Abstract: | The content of Mahkoside A in nut shell of Mahkota dewa was determined by HPLC method.The results indicated that the content of Mahkoside A was not less than 16.47 g/kg.The extraction process for Mahkoside A in nut shell of Mahkota dewa was selected through orthogonal test,and the optimum extraction process was as follows: adding 20 times amount of 55% alcohol into medical materials,and refluxing and extracting for 2 times,each time for 1 h. |
