红酵母细胞通透性研究

摘    要:用插入式超声、反复冻融和有机溶剂法对细胞通透性进行处理.结果表明,在超声功率为750 W,超声时间3s和间隔时间4s的条件下,超声处理75次效果最佳;加入甲苯、氯仿和正己烷等有机溶剂均可提高细胞通透性,其中甲苯的效果最好.

Abstract:Probe ultrasound,repeated freeze thawing and organic solvents were used to increase cellular permeability.It was discovered that the best result was obtained with supersonic power 750 W,supersonic time 3 s,time interval 4 s,and the supersonic times 75.Toluene,chloroform and n-hexane could increase cellular permeability,with toluene the best.
