锦纶纤维活性染料染色条件探讨

Discussion on Dyeing Conditions of Polyamide Fibers with Reactive Dyes

The reactive dyes for wool and cotton are used to dye polyamide fibers.The influence of dyeing temperature,pH values,and dyeing and soaping methods on color depth and fixation ratio is discussed.The color depth and the fixation are greatly affected by dyeing temperature,pH,chromophores and reactive groups.The reactive dyes for wool are appropriate for dyeing polyamide fibers,and the optimum pH was 4.The optimum pH values of other dyes depend on their diverse nature.It's OK to use the acid dyeing or first the acidity and then the alkalinity dyeing condition,dyeing-fastness of the latter is high,but the dyeing depth is not enhanced.Then the dyeing depth is enhanced when they are washed on conditon of the alkalinity soaping.
