摘    要:颗粒高速碰撞问题是冲击动力学领域中的一个重要研究方向。本文利用SPH无网格方法,建立了三层10颗粒SPH质点模型,对冲击载荷作用下无氧铜颗粒高速碰撞过程进行了二维数值模拟,得到了四种不同冲击速度下的颗粒变形结果。对结果对比分析后发现,对于直径为1 mm的铜颗粒,只有当冲击速度达到300 m/s时颗粒碰撞才会形成射流及侵彻,射流速度约为1500 m/s。研究结果表明射流的形成是颗粒高速碰撞形成牢固结合的重要条件。

Abstract:Particles impacting at high velocity is a very important research direct in impact dynamics field. A SPH model with 10 particles of three layers was built using SPH mesh free method, and copper particles impacting at high velocity under shock load was simulated in two dimensions. The results of particles deformation under four different shock velocity were obtained. Comparing and analyzing the results, it was found that, for copper particles with diameter was 1mm, only when shock velocity reached 300 m/s copper particles would shape jet and penetration, and the jet velocity was about 1500 m/s. The research results indicate that jet formation is the necessary condition of firm combine when powder particle impacting at high velocity and jet formation is related to the shock velocity of dynamic load.
