| 摘 要： | 变速器是车辆动力传动系统的重要组成部分，自动变速器是其发展方向，换挡品质的控制是车辆自动变速器的关键技术之一，也是提高车辆传动系寿命、动力性和舒适性的必要保证。介绍了液压机械式自动变速器的换挡过程，分析了换挡品质的影响因素，综述了国内外目前对换挡品质进行控制的方法及发展趋势。仅对变速器进行独立控制的方法已不能满足对换挡品质的要求，对发动机、离合器和变速器进行综合控制的整体控制方法是提高换挡品质的有效途径。

| Abstract: | One of the important parts of vehicle powertrain is transmission,and the trend of its development is automatic transmission.It is a key technique of the automatic transmission to improve the shifting qualities,which can increase the transmission system life as well as the power and comfort of the vehicles.The shifting process and the influence factors of the shifting qualities are analyzed,and the main ways of improving the shifting qualities in the world are summarized.The prospects in studying the ways of improving the shifting qualities are also indicated.Independently controlling transmission itself can no longer meet the needs of shifting qualities.The integrated control of engine,clutch and transmission is an effective way to improve shifting qualities. |
