| 摘 要： | 饭店管理信息系统具有高效、方便、准确的优势、有利于饭店实现“以客人为中心”的服务。建设饭店管理信息系统是提高饭店经营管理效率的重要手段。应该在用户需求分析及可行性分析的基础上设计符合特定饭店的饭店管理信息系统，并以安全性控制为手段保障饭店管理信息系统的正常运转。
