论科学道德及其高校教育责任

科学道德是指科学共同体内形成的行为的基本准则；科学道德失范问题已引起了社会的广泛关注。一个在科学道德教育方面还存在严重欠缺的国家不可能建成一个科技强国。科技人员的道德自律和他律是保证科技人员行为规范所不可或缺的两个方面。高等院校是培养人才和科技工作者的摇篮，加强对大学生的科学道德教育，使其在科学研究和技术运用中遵循一定的道德规范，担负起社会道德责任，对于促进科学发展和社会进步具有重大意义。

On Scientific Moral and College Education Responsibility

Scientific moral is the basic act standard formed within scientific co mmunity. Its breach has already aroused common social concern. A strong scientif ic country cannot be built without effective scientific moral education. A colle ge is regarded as a cradle of cultivating talents. Emphasis on education of stud ents' scientific moral for the purpose of making them follow the moral standard and shoulder the social moral responsibility is of great importance in furtherin g the scientific and social progress.
