关于大学生心理健康的调查与分析

对辽东学院2003级大学生进行心理健康问卷调查，调查表明大学生存在着人际交往、学习和就业压力、情感挫折等问题．提出加强心理健康教育，要从开设心理课程、改进心理咨询、完善校园氛围人手，有效地促进大学生心理素质的提高．

Investigation and Analysis of the Psychological Health of College Students

Nowadays much more emphasis is put on the psychological health. A questionnaire is given to the sophomore studying in Liaodong University. The research shows that many problems are now existing in the students, such as the pressure in personal communication, in studying, in feeling ,in job hunting etc. The effective method of strengthening the education of psychological health should start with the setting of psychological curriculum, the improvement of the psychological inquiry, and the perfection of the atmosphere of the university, which will increase the competence of the college students.
