| 摘 要： | 高校思政理论课教学单位的设置是加强高校思政理论课建设的重要内容之一。而选择设置人财物相对独立型教学单位是加强高校思政理论课的必然要求：首先，这是高校党委直接领导思政理论课的必然要求。其次，这是满足思政理论课教学需要的必然要求；最后，这也是管理科学揭示的组织结构设计必须遵循的科学合理性原则的必然要求。

| Abstract: | To set up a teaching unit of ideology and political courses in colleges and universities is one important content for strengthen the ideology and political courses. It is certain demands for strengthening the ideology and political courses. First of all, it is suitable for the Party committee of colleges and universities lead the courses directly. Next, it is satisfied with the demands of teaching of ideology and political courses. At last, it is also satisfied with the scientific and reasonableness principles which designed framework of organization in management sciences. |
