| Abstract: | The adjusting of industry in Three Gorges Reservoir area should be based on the ascendancy in natural resources, the reality of ecological environments, the foundation of local industry, and the advantages of traditional industry in this area, and should follow the following principles: unified planning, harmonious expansion, going after profits and avoiding disadvantages, taking science and technology as guide, promoting creation by opening up, fully combining the optimization of industrial structure and the optimization of special structure, exerting comparative advantages and carrying open co-operations etc.. |
