Abstract:This paper reportsa series of experiments which have been designed according to the orthogonal fable to obtain the optimum ferment condition of strain 187. The crossed effect of factors is also considered. These results show that the effect of cultural temperature is the most evident in four factors selected to the toxicity of strain 187 This paper reports the optimum ferment con dition the toxicity and the number, of strain 187 By reseaching the relation between the toxicity and number of strain 187, we find the number optimum cultural condition is not the same to the toxicity optimum cultural condition.
