非小细胞肺癌病因及治疗新进展

目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌的病因,临床分期系统的改动及治疗方案进展.方法:通过翻译、收集、国内外对肺癌研究的病因、临床分期系统的改动及治疗方案的新进展文献资料,进行总结.结果:吸烟为肺癌的主要危险因素,氡气是226镭的衰变产物,有放射性,为肺癌的第二病因,遗传和基因的改变与肺癌关系密切.肺癌新分期系统的改动,提出了肺癌的综合治疗.结论:非小细胞肺癌遗传和基因是一种外因通过内因发病的因素,新的临床分期系统的改动,顺铂治疗方案为治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的较好方案.

New Progress on Cause and Treatment of Nonsmall-cell Lung Cancer
