摘    要:全方位深松是土壤耕作方式上的一次变革,用以打玻犁底层,使耕作层土壤板碎,恢复土壤结构,消除各类土壤障碍,改善农作物生长条件,形成适宜农作物生长发育的土体构造,使农作物产量每公顷平均增产1210kg,平均增产率为30%。全方位深松(40~50cm)的深松比阻较铧式犁耕翻比阻减小35%。本文介绍了“1SQ-250型全方位深松机”的技术规格.主要性能特点,工艺过程及松碎土机理,生产试验结果和经济性分析等。

Abstract:The omnibearing-deep ploughing is a revolution of soil cultivating. Its main functions, the ISQ-250 model of omnibearing-deep ploughing machinery, are that breaking down plowpan. softeningsmash soil, resuming soil texture, removing all sorts of soil obstruct.It can improve crop growth conditions, form suitable soil texture for crop and increase crop output by an average of 1210kg/ha. The average increasing rate is about 30%.Its depth is 40cm-50cm,which can be adjusted. The specific resistance of deep ploughing is decreased 35% than mouldboard plow. Its technical specifications, main functions and characteristics, technological process and principle of loosing the soil. the results of experiment and agricultural production and economy analyses etc are introduced in this paper.
