激光器工作噪声的表面声强测量及频谱分析

摘    要:本文采用表面声强测量及其频谱分析方法对华中工学院激光研究所研制的5kW横流电激励连续CO_2激光器的噪声源进行识别.文中讨论了用自谱函数计算表面声强频谱的方法,并基于这种分析方法在IBM-PC上研制了一套分析所测噪声信号的通用软件.文中还讨论了声源近场辐射的有关频域特征.

Abstract:Working noise sources are identified for a 5KW transverse flow CW CO2 Laser made by Laser Institute of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The noise signal measured is analyzed with a common software developed and satisfactory results have been obtained. The computing method of replacing cross-spectrum by auto-spectrum in surf ace intensity measurement and spectral analysis is discussed.
