| Abstract: | Leaf of Lycium barbarum was cultured on different media. (NO. 1: BA 0.5 mg/L, NO. 2: BA 0.5 mg/L,2.4--D0.5mg/L, NO. 3: BA 0.5mg/L, NAA 0.5mg/L) Callus induction frequency on NO. 1 mediumwas the highest. That on NO. 2 was the lowest. Callus induction frequencyand differentiation frequency depended not only on the constituents ofthe medium used but also on genotype of the cultured material. Chromosomenumber apparently varied in callus from NO. 2 medium. Triploid,tetraploid, and aneuploid cells increased. |
