剃齿测力仪的设计及其标定

摘    要:本文在分析剃削力的基础上,确定了剃齿测力仪应采用的结构形式,完成了弹性传感器的设计。针对测力仪的力学特性和电学特性,进行了分析和推导,从理论上初估了测力仪的主要性能,并提出了测力仪的补偿措施。最后对测力系统进行了标定,从而判断其在实用中的可靠性。静态标定主要考察了测力仪的直线性和灵敏度,动态标定主要考察了测力仪的固有频率。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the analysis of the shaving force, the structure and the shape of the shaving dynamometer arc determined, and thedesign of the elastic transducers is completed. According to the mechanics properties and electricity properties of the dynamometer, by conducting analysis and deduction, the major performances of the dyna- mometer are estimated theoretically. Furthermore the calibrations of the system of the measuring force are carrjed out, thus judging its reliability in practical application. The static calibration explores mainly the linearity and the sensitivity of the dynamometer. The dynamic calibration deals principally with the natural frequency of the dynamometer.
