苜蓿中总皂甙的提取与比较研究

摘    要:对苜蓿不同品种及同一品种不同部位总皂甙的质量分数进行了比较研究.结果表明,苜蓿不同品种、不同部位中皂甙质量分数不同,它们之间存在着明显差异.在所测的4个品种中苜蓿皂甙质量分数由高到低的顺序为:中苜1号>公农1号>龙牧803>草原2号,不同部位皂甙质量分数由高到低的顺序为:种子>叶>根>茎.

Abstract:The contens of total saponin in different cultivars and different parts of alfalfa were determined and compared.The results show that there were distinct differences in the contens of the saponin from different cultivars as well as different parts of alfalfa.In the four cultivars,there was the highest level of the total saponin of 0.75% in No.1 of zhongmu,and the lowest level of 0.58% in No.2 of caoyuan.In different parts of alfalfa,the content of saponins decreased in the order of seeds,leaves,roots and stems.
