| 摘 要： | 农业除有一定的经济功能外，还有一定的生态功能、社会功能和化功能，从而表现出一定的多功能。农业旅游是在农业生产的基础上产生的一种旅游形式，是农业经济、生态、社会和化功能的集中体现。以云南罗平为例，说明了农业旅游是农业外部性的表现，阐述了外部性存在可能对罗平旅游业发展造成的负面影响，并提出了内化外部性的具体措施。

| Abstract: | The agriculture has the multifunction: economic function, ecological function, society function, and cultural function. As a tourism form, agricultural tourism is on the base of agriculture production, and is the reflection of the agriculture multifunction. This paper illustrates the agriculture tourism is the expression of the agriculture externality which may affect the tourist industry in Louping county, and put forward some internalizational measures. |
