| 摘 要： | 国际货物贸易开始于公元7世纪，国际贸易法从早期商人法到后来的国内法直至如今的国际贸易统一法．为调整国际货物贸易起了重大作用。本文通过比较英美法的违约救济方法和《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》的救济方法，浅谈英美法对国际贸易法的影响。
