基于老工业基地振兴的3PL核心竞争力制度创新研究——以吉林省为例

随着东北老工业基地的振兴,第三方物流已成为吉林省经济新的增长极和促进吉林省经济增长的不可替代的动力源,但是其在发展过程中仍存在规模小、区域发展不平衡、基础设施落后、内外部环境不完善等制约因素。因此,应加强对3PL企业的扶持和管理力度,营造其发展的良好环境;加快3PL基础配套设施的完善;积极培育3PL市场;重视3PL人才的培养和引进。

Research on System Innovation of 3 PL Core Competitiveness Based on the Revitalization Plan of Old Industrial Bases-Taking Jilin Province as a Case

With the revitalization of old industrial bases in northeast areas, the third party logistics has become a new economy growth pole and an irreplaceable source of power to promote economic growth in Jilin Province. However, there still exist some restrictive fac-tors in the process of its development, like small scale, imbalanced regional development, backward infrastructure, unperfected inter-nal and external environment, etc. Therefore, we should strengthen the support and management of 3PL enterprises and create a sound environment for its development;speed up the improvement of 3PL foundation facilities;foster 3PL markets positively;pay attention to the cultivation and introduction of 3 PL talents.
