Considerations on Massage Industry of the Blind in Jilin Province

This paper makes a systematic investigation and study on the massage industry status of foreign countries, China and Jilin Province from many angles, and presents feasible measures for changing working nature of blind masseurs and making them get rid of improper employment, hoping to improve blind masseurs＆#39; working condition and living quality, as well as the level of the security system for the disabled in the whole China society from essence, which provides effective solutions to the standardized management for massage industry of the blind in Jilin Province.
