摘    要:随着社会经济的不断发展与人们生活水平的不断提高,体验经济这种全新的经济形态应运而生。与其他的经济形态不同,体验经济更加注重消费者感性方面的需求,企业在这种情况之下也逐渐将重心转移到了服务方面,更加注重消费者的感受与体验。传统的企业服务营销模式已经不能够满足体验经济的客观要求,需要在体验经济的视域下构建全新的服务营销模式。

Abstract:With the continuous development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, experience economy, a brand-new economic form, emerges as the times require. Different from other economic forms, experience economy pays more attention to consumers’ emotional demand, in this case, enterprises gradually shift their core to service, paying more attention to the feelings and experiences of consumers. The traditional enterprise service marketing model cannot meet the objective requirements of experience economy, which requires to build a new model of service marketing under the perspective of experience economy.
