老鼠簕类黄酮的提取及生理活性研究

摘    要:对老鼠簕中类黄酮的提取及其生理活性进行初步研究,实验发现,采用水浸提的方法对新鲜叶片进行类黄酮的提取效果最好,提取率可达10.91%.经正交实验分析,确定水浸提法提取类黄酮的最佳条件为:温度100℃,提取时间2 h,料液比1∶7.对提取的类黄酮化合物的定性分析表明,在老鼠簕的茎叶中均含有黄酮、黄酮醇、二氢黄酮、二氢黄酮醇、4-’羟基黄酮醇和7,4-’二羟基黄酮醇等多种类型的类黄酮化合物.通过体外抗氧化分析表明,老鼠簕类黄酮粗提物具有较强的抗猪油氧化作用、清除羟自由基和抗脂质过氧化的能力.抑菌实验证明其对大肠杆菌、河弧菌等常见致病菌也有一定的抑制作用.

Abstract:The extraction and physiological activities of flavonoids from Acanthus ilicifolius L.were studied.Results from flavonoid extraction by different solvent showed that it was the best to extract flavonoid from the fresh leaves using water,with the highest extraction efficiency about 10.91%.Through orthogonal experiments,the optimal condition for flavonoid extraction was: extracting at 100 ℃ with material and solvent ratio 1:7 for 2 h.The qualitative analysis of the flavonoids suggested that the flavonoids from stems and leaves of A.ilicifolius were composed of flavones,flavonol,flavanones,flavanonol,4'-hydroxy-flavonol,7,4'-dihydroxy-flavonol and so on.In vitro experiments for the antioxidation showed that the crude extractions from Acanthus ilicifolius L.have the relatively high activity of hydroxyl radical clearance,antioxidation of lard and antiperoxidation of lipid.In addition,the crude extractions of A.ilicifolius flavonoids had the bacteriostatic ability against Escherichia coli and Vibrio fluvialis.
