| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的本质和核心是“以人为本”。近年来，新闻传媒在新闻选择长期态势和重大题材的新闻报道方式上，已日益凸现出“以人为本”的价值取向。但是，新闻传播中“以人为本”缺失现象还时有发生。为深入贯彻科学发展观，广大新闻工作者首先要把宣传“以人为本”的科学发展观从“中央精神解读”层面提高到“遵循新闻规律”层面，工作实践中不仅要在宣传方针上把握正确方向，在报道内容上坚持“三贴近”原则，在采写和报道中渗透人本态度，更要在新闻工作的方方面面坚持人本理念。
